Thomas Hudson

Beginner Violin Instructor

Thomas Hudson is from Kentucky, but has lived in North Carolina and Alabama before returning to Kentucky in 2015. At the age of twelve, he started playing guitar, and since then has learned to play bass guitar, violin, and piano. As a History Teaching major at Eastern Kentucky University, Thomas picked up a Music minor to continue developing his passion for Music and share it with others. He studies Violin under Dr. Colleen Ferguson, and has played with the EKU Symphony Orchestra and EKU String Symphony Orchestra. He also regularly plays bass guitar for his campus ministry services and has taken on leadership roles in the organization. As a member of the EKU Honors Program and Golden Key International Honour Society. A former student of the studio, Thomas wants to see the musical influence in the surrounding community thrive by teaching at McNeil Music Center.
