This series answers those questions and prepares you (or your student) for the application and audition process. Sessions are available for students and parents alike, to build an environment for success.

You are invited to join MMC for a panel discussion that explores the challenges and opportunities your young artist will confront as they pursue their passion. From the timeline of applying to colleges and securing financial aid, to the career path you can expect afterwards - this session will give parents and future artists alike a realistic perspective of the journey you can expect from a lifetime pursuit of performing arts. Learn about the resources available to students in our area that can make it feasible for you to succeed in your passion. Featuring special guest Lauren Flaherty. Lauren Flaherty is the Director of Financial Aid at the Longy School of Music of Bard College.
