MMC Student Life
At MMC we believe it is never too early or to late for music. Students at MMC range from toddlers in Music Grows to adults wanting to have music back in their lives. This is why we offer a wide variety of private lessons and classes. We also encourage all our students to participate in the Spring Recital Festival . When attending these shows, audience members will see all ages.
MMC does not handle student or faculty performance bookings.
If you would like to share an opportunity for the students or faculty at MMC, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a flyer or information and we will place it on our gig board.
Diversity & Inclusion
Aiming for Diversity
It is our goal at McNeil Music Center to approach diversity as an objective. Cultural diversity is integral to the mission of McNeil Music Center because cultural diversity is a fundamental part of music itself. Our goal at MMC is to educate and create an environment that appreciates the rich variety of cultural traditions from which the music that students explore originates. We understand that the definition of diversity is constantly evolving. This can be challenging, but it is our vision to create a place of compassion and collaboration, a place with rich musical knowledge, a place that facilitates growth and creativity, and a above all, a place that encourages us to be better human beings.
